We have acquired land in a small community in Bayelsa State, Nigeria, which is supplied with 3MW of power from natural gas sourced directly from a nearby oil and gas company. Utilizing this gas, which would otherwise be flared, as our energy supply benefits the community by creating an income stream and provides us with a source of affordable power. This sustainable approach strengthens local economic development while supporting our operational needs.

Our contractors in Nigeria have completed the land excavation, and our engineer has conducted an on-site visit to the community to meticulously plan the placement of all infrastructure elements.

Our contractor's engineer completed the civil works, which included constructing a base for the transformer and six reinforced pillars for the containers. This structure ensures protection of our infrastructure from water damage.

Three members of our team—Makir, Jordane, and Gus—visited our site and brought gifts for the local children in the community.

After a lengthy journey from Lagos, our materials finally arrived in Bayelsa State, where they needed to be transported by boat to our land in the off-grid community. Despite some challenges along the way, the local community demonstrated incredible determination, pushing our 2-ton container by hand all the way to the site, proving that where there's a will, there's a way.

On-site, our contractors began converting the shipping container we purchased into a Bitcoin mining container. They cut sections of the container walls to create ventilation pathways and installed racks where we will later place our equipment.

The entire community came together to lift the container by hand onto the pillars. Once again, they showed that nothing would stand in their way when it comes to helping us bring this project to life.
