The Opportunity

139 billion cubic meters of natural gas are flared annually, enough energy to power every data center on Earth. NRG Bloom captures this wasted resource at the wellhead and converts it into high-performance compute, turning a regulatory burden for producers into a revenue-generating asset.

The Pathfinder Model

Stage 1 — Validate
Deploy ASIC miners to stress-test gas supply, power stability, and site conditions. Low CapEx, immediate BTC revenue.
Stage 2 — Harden
 Install high-bandwidth connectivity (fiber/microwave), Tier III-ready cooling, and redundant power systems.
Stage 3 — Scale to AI
 Deploy GPU clusters for AI inference workloads. Bitcoin mining remains as load balancer.
